In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 10wen Platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 10wen Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use the 10wen Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 10wen Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

• Account transferability: 10wen Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds associated with it to another person.

10wen reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all Platform features, which may be subject to additional verification steps.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 10wen Account credentials. 10wen strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in the account settings dashboard.

• You must not disclose your password, PIN, or any authentication codes to any third party, including 10wen support staff. 10wen agents will never ask for your password.
• You must notify 10wen immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your 10wen Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to the activity occurring.
• 10wen will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Withdrawal requests from your 10wen Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification requirement: 10wen may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of address or payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 10wen reserves the right to direct withdrawals to an alternative verified method at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10wen Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Upon permanent account closure for cause, 10wen reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account where that balance is reasonably linked to prohibited activity. Where closure occurs for reasons other than Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), any verified balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wen shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature, even if 10wen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 10wen's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 10wen's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
